Engagement
We will always remember that day, the most important of our life until now but which will bring many more ones. On April 2nd 2007, Gia and me took the decision to engage, it's such a great excitement, a declaration of our feelings to her parents and to the rest of the world. I went to buy a diamond ring for my beloved, i needed her to choose the perfect shape/color in accordance with her and the right size for her finger too. I don't know why but i already had in mind the type of engagement ring for my sweet angel, and it looks fantastic on her.
Few time later, i was sit in front of Boishali's mum and dad and I came to tell them a great novel. I understood that they felt surprised to see me coming quite late and I didn't let them wait too much to know the reason. My first sentence was in Bengali "Ami Boishalike bhalo bashi" and then, my girlfriend laugh, that increased the pressure upon me, but her parents seemed to agree with my words. So I asked them if they were ok for letting me marry their daughter.
After a long discussion in bengali (my understanding is very low), they gave a positive answer which make me happy and flying on a small cloud, under the condition that we marry after she finish her studies. I promised to take care of her and that i will give her any assistance for her studies.
After her parents went back to their room, I went on my knee and asked Boishali if she wanted to become my wife. She said me Yes with a large smile but I wanted to be serious so I took her finger to put our engagement's ring.
This is the story of a wonderful day that I will appreciate all my life, I felt so elevated during the next days with a fulfillment of happiness and joy. It's the best thing of my life to be in love and I'll stay like that forever.
After a short reflection, Gia and me decided to invite our friends for a party in honor of our future wedding. Some of her classmates and few colleagues came for a sharming dancing/eating/talking informal party, without the official exchange of rings. We were both agree and sorry to not give any date for our weeding !

Thanks for writing this.
